Saw this trend and I wanted to have this little dialogue with my little me too ❤️
Just to remember not to normalize life and appreciate every aspect of it 🌸

This is also part of my job: finding moments to reconnect with myself so I can keep creating for me, and for all of you💕

Between workshops, painting, studying restoration, content, emails, editing, life… it becomes harder and harder to make space for those moments. But without them, creativity starts feeling empty.

This session reminded me how important it is to slow down sometimes and come back to myself a little.

Thank you @adarsayogaroma for creating such a warm and safe space through your kundalini sessions, yoga and energy practices. You can genuinely feel how much care and love you put into what you do 🤍

If you’re in Rome and feel like reconnecting with yourself, I really recommend experiencing one of Loli’s sessions.

I don’t know if it’s the colors, the textures, or the feeling that something beautiful is always happening behind them.

Since I arrived in Tunisia, I can’t stop noticing them.
Each one feels like a small piece of art.

Maybe I’ll paint them but for now, I just observe.
